As of January 1, 2021 we have joined Cincinnati Children’s, and some of our billing processes have changed. Please read the following carefully to select the appropriate payment method.

I am paying a bill for a visit that occurred in 2020 or earlier

I am paying a bill for a visit that occurred in 2021

Please make your payment to Cincinnati Children’s Florence Primary Care either by mail or phone (859) 647-6700

OR

When visiting our office, co-pays, deductibles and outstanding balances are due at the time of service. Please remember to bring insurance card to each office visit!

For patients who have insurance deductible plans, the deductible is due at checkout after each office visit. We have contracts with major insurance companies that provide us with a set fee schedule for each service we provide. The charge for each office visit is based on the complexity of the patient's illness or the time spent counseling.

We participate in a number of insurance plans. PLEASE, it is important call your insurance company to make sure we are IN NETWORK.

Parents needing
payment assistance:

We understand the challenges of covering medical costs. Contact our billing department and we’ll work with you to arrange a reasonable payment plan. Parents who fail to pay past due balances will be sent to collections and dismissed from our practice.*

Adolescent or Adult Patients

Please bring in a valid insurance card. All copays and deductibles are due at the time of the office visit. We ask that parents provide them with a credit card or HSA card to make payment for that office visit.

Parents with
New Babies

Your new baby must be added to your insurance policy within 30 days. If not added, the baby will not be covered and you will be personally responsible for all bills.
We DO NOT bill secondary insurance. Secondary billing is the responsibility of the policy subscriber.

*Parents must bring in their child's valid insurance card to each office visit. We bill the insurance company for each visit. If the insurance company rejects payment of the claim due to incorrect or lapsed insurance, we will then bill parents for the office visit.
